LITTONDALE PUMPKIN AND SPUD COMPETITION 2025
Spuds: Saturday 20th September 2025
weigh in starts at 7.00pm
Pumpkins: Saturday 25th October 2025
doors open at 6.00pm
Spud Competition- The Weigh-in event will be held on Saturday 20th September at 7.00pm outside Amerdale Hall - we will have a marquee if it's raining. Join in for a drink and bring your container of spuds for the weigh in. Prize giving will start at 8.00pm. Prizes for largest yield (in weight), heaviest single spud and worst spud farmer ever! The rules include bringing your spuds in the container they were grown in and they must be grown in Littondale.
Pumpkin Show and Harvest Supper to be held in the Hall on Saturday 25th October (doors open from 6.00 pm, dinner served from 7.00pm). Prizes for the heaviest, largest girth and disaster class, as well as carved pumpkins and most imaginative. All entries must be grown in Littondale.
Join us for a Harvest get together with Pie and Peas in Amerdale Hall.
